The service describes Florida's state medical marijuana program. Marijuana remains a controlled substance under United States federal law, and nothing here is advice about federal law.
You keep ownership of what you type. You allow the operator to store and review it in order to run, evaluate and improve the prototype, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may suspend or end anyone's access at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service or from reliance on its output.
Sign-in is provided by Cloudflare and, if you choose it, Google. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to those steps.
If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new version.
